The Zoning Inspector shall issue a permit for the installation, construction or erection of satellite earth stations provided the permit applicant(s) comply with the following:
(a) The applicant shall submit a written application for such permit upon forms furnished by the Zoning Inspector along with a plot plan of the lot or parcel showing the location of existing buildings and the location of the proposed satellite device. The applicant shall also submit a description of the proposed satellite device. The plot plan shall include the name and address of the property owner(s), the occupant(s) of the premises, and the name of the person(s) or company performing the installation and/or erection of the proposed satellite device.
(b) The applicant shall meet all the requirements of this chapter and any other applicable ordinances of the City.
(c) The applicant shall submit with the application, a fee in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). This permit fee shall cover the cost of plan review and inspection of the construction at the site of erection.
