(a) Electric meters shall be installed on the outside of all new buildings.
(b) Electric meters shall be moved to the outside of the building serviced by such electric meter where the construction of one building encloses the electric meter of the building immediately adjacent thereto.
(c) Electric meters shall be moved to the outside of all remodeled buildings, where such remodeling encloses the electric meter inside the building.
(d) The cost to move a meter shall be borne by the party(s) benefitting from the moving of the meter (i.e. building owner where remodeling occurring or party(s) constructing new building).
(e) Any party violating the terms of this section shall be responsible for moving the electric meter to the outside of the building and all costs associated therewith.
