1161.01 Action by the applicant.
1161.02 Action by the Newton Falls Planning Commission.
The regulations, restrictions, and boundaries set forth in this ordinance may from time to time be amended, changed, supplemented, or repealed by the City Council after study by the Newton Falls Planning Commission and in accordance with the following procedures. This chapter shall apply to all annexation actions and zoning district classification changes which may occur within or adjacent to the municipal boundary.
