The drainage system shall provide for sump pump and roof drain connections. Water from these sources shall not be outlet on the ground or through the curb but shall be connected to the pipe system, either directly or through the use of a collector system. No storm drainage, including foundation drains, shall be permitted to discharge into sanitary sewers.
