Public sanitary sewers shall be installed to adequately serve all lots, including lateral connections to the public system. Public sewer system extensions shall meet the requirements of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and City standards. Combinations of sanitary sewers and storm sewer shall be prohibited. Connection of footer drains and/or downspouts into a sanitary sewer shall be prohibited. The cost to construct the Sanitary Sewer improvements shall be borne by the developer of the subdivision.
