The following requirements shall govern water supply improvements:
The subdivision shall be provided with a complete water distribution system, including a connection for each lot and appropriately spaced fire hydrants. The minimum size for such lines shall be eight inches unless an exception is granted by the Water Distribution Foreman and the City Manager. The cost to construct the water supply improvements shall be borne by the developer of the subdivision. Public water distribution shall meet the requirements of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Code, and all City Water Department policies. All water systems shall receive E.P.A. approval prior to construction.
