1113.10 PLAIN PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT.

If the subdivider elects to construct streets composed of Portland cement concrete, a minimum thickness of seven inches shall be required. The concrete mix shall be placed directly on the prepared subgrade by means of a spreader and finishing machine. The Portland cement concrete pavement shall meet all the requirements of ODOT Specifications No. 452.
