1113.08 BITUMINOUS PRIME COAT.

Type A pavement shall have a bituminous prime coat applied to the base course. It shall be applied in a uniform continuous spread by means of a pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 gallons per square yard. The bituminuous prime coat shall meet all the requirements of ODOT Specifications No. 408.
