(a) All changes of grade shall be connected by vertical curves of a minimum length in feet equal to fifteen times the algebraic difference in the rate of grade; i.e.: (5.0% - (-3.0%)15)=120 feet.
(b) Minimum vertical visibility shall conform to the Ohio Department of Transportation's regulations in effect on the date of the approval of the preliminary plat plan.
