1111.01 CONFORMANCE.
   In addition to the requirements established herein, all subdivision plats shall comply with the following laws, rules and regulations:
   (a)   All applicable statutory provisions.
   (b)   The City Zoning Ordinance, Building and Housing Codes, and all other applicable laws of the appropriate jurisdiction.
   (c)   The official Master Plan of the City.
   (d)   The special requirements for the Trumbull County Health Department.
   (e)   The rules of the Ohio Department of Transportation if the subdivision or any lot contained therein abuts a State highway.
   (f)   In the event that any of the above regulations conflicts with the requirements as established herein, the more stringent requirement shall apply.
   (g)   Plat approval may be withheld if a subdivision is not in conformity with the above guidelines or policies and purposes of these Regulations.
   (h)   Drainage plan approved by Trumbull County Soil and Water must be submitted for developments in excess of five (5) acres. Cost for City review by City Engineer/firm to be borne by developer.
   (i)   Any property deeded to the City for parks or other purposes, the City shall determine and impose a special assessment on property in perpetuity.
   (j)   Any drainage easements must be noted for future enforcement. Cost for City review by City Engineer/firm to be borne by developer.
