The Chairman of the Planning Commission and the City Manager will sign the tracing cloth or reproducable mylar original of the subdivision plat and two prints of the subdivision plat. The prints shall be returned to the applicant. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to file the plat with the County Recorder in the deeds office within thirty days of the date of the signatures. Simultaneously with the filing of the plat, the City Attorney shall record the agreement of dedication together with such legal documents as shall be required for recording purposes.
