A copy of any and all private covenants, agreements or restriction shall be included in the final plat plan. Should the duties and obligations included within the covenants, or agreements, or restrictions be more restrictive, or provide for a higher standard than the requirements of these Regulations, or the determinations of the Planning Commission; and such private provisions are not inconsistent with these Regulations or determinations herein, then such private provisions shall be operative and supplemental to these Regulations and determinations. It shall not be the duty of the City, to enforce any private restrictions, or covenants, or agreements more restrictive than these Regulations.
