1107.07 GRADING OF SITE PRIOR TO APPROVAL.

Subsequent to preliminary plat approval the owner may apply for an excavation permit from the Planning Commission and upon receipt of such permit may commence grading to the grades and elevations required by the construction plans approved with the preliminary plat.
