After staff review of the preliminary plat plan, the Planning Commission shall review, at its next regularly scheduled meeting, the preliminary plat with the owner and City staff. The purpose of this review is to discuss any changes suggested by the City staff and to allow the Commission to suggest additional changes. Changes suggested by the staff, may be confirmed by a simple majority of the Commission members present.
