991.05 ACTS REQUIRING PERMITS.
   The following shall be prohibited within the parks unless written permission is first obtained from the Park and Recreation Board:
   (a)   Riding, leading or permitting horses or ponies at any place except on roadways;
   (b)   Keeping or offering anything for sale;
   (c)   Posting or displaying any sign, banner or advertising;
   (d)   Obstructing a roadway or pathway;
   (e)   Discharging of firearms or fireworks, or sending up any balloons;
   (f)   Holding of picnics at places not designated for that purpose;
   (g)   Building any fire except at places provided for that purpose;
   (h)   Trespassing upon premises where signs containing the words NO ADMITTANCE or PRIVATE shall be displayed;
   (i)   Playing of baseball, tennis or any other game at a place not designated for that purpose;
   (j)   Entering or leaving the parks except as established ways of entrance or exit;
   (k)   Carrying or conveying any shrubs, flowers, firearms, slingshots, saws, shovels or spades;
   (l)   Tear down, remove or deface any sign or notice properly posted.
