The following acts shall be prohibited within the parks:
(a) Disorderly conduct or immoral acts;
(b) Persons under the influence of intoxicating liquors;
(c) Loud or indecent language;
(d) Gambling or games of chance;
(e) Fortunetelling, begging or soliciting of any kind;
(f) Dogs running at large;
(g) Dumping or deposition of refuse, garbage or offensive substances, except in containers prohibited for the same;
(h) Possession by any person of any beverage containing alcohol;
(i) Washing or polishing of motor vehicles;
(j) Damage of any kind to trees, plants, grass, flowers, structures or other public property;
(k) Playing tennis outside of tennis courts or being on the tennis courts unless wearing tennis shoes.

(l) Athletic activities, including but not limited to, baseball, football and frisbee and prohibited within the Four Corners Parks.

(m) Swimming or bathing in any municipally owned pond, lake or stream in any park.
