981.09 SEPARATION OF RUBBISH AND GARBAGE.

No owner or tenant shall mix garbage and rubbish. Garbage only shall be deposited in cans provided therefor and rubbish shall be placed in separate containers; except that with the consent of the collector, the owner or tenant may wrap the garbage in paper before depositing it in the garbage can.
