981.07 RESPONSIBILITY FOR DISPOSAL OF COLLECTED GARBAGE.

All garbage and rubbish collected in the manner herein defined shall be conveyed and disposed of by the contractor in a prearrangement by law but will in no way be a responsibility of the City.
