(a) The following rates are hereby established for connections to Project 5-W-81 and 5-W-81A water line for services installed during construction and for a period of one year after City's acceptance of such line.

(b) The fees collected for taps outlined in subsection (a) hereof shall be deposited in the Water Works Fund. In the event the City's share to the County on this project is not paid from the Water Works Fund then the fees collected less the meter costs will be appropriated from the Water Works Fund to proper account to cover the City's share.
