A tap-in fee in the amount of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for property within the City limits and one thousand dollars ($1,000) outside the City limits, plus normal tap-in fee, shall be paid for tapping into the Warren Rd., waterline from its beginning terminus at the intersection of Warren Rd., and Main St., to its ending terminus on Warren Rd., in Braceville Township.
