951.03 WATER TEST FEE.

(a) Fees for bacteriological tests are hereby set at ten dollars ($10.00) per sample plus one dollar ($1.00) for each additional plate where more than one plate is required per sample.

(b) Fees for chemical and turbidity tests are set at fifteen dollars ($15.00) per test.
