(a) There is hereby established a service line fee, plus a fire hydrant fee in addition to the normal tap-in fee which is now charged to out of City users.
(b) The above fee shall be charged to persons desirous of tapping into water lines constructed under the 1970 Water Distribution System Improvement and Extension.
(c) The City Manager shall retain a chart of these fees available for public inspection.
(d) These rates will also prevail on water lines installed by the City within Sewer District No. 1.
