929.10 DENIAL OF SERVICE; LEGAL ACTION.
   (a)   Utility service may be denied where any resident of the unit being served has had City utility service disconnected and/or is more than thirty days delinquent on any City utility bill, as of the date service is requested.
   (b)   Whenever an account is disconnected for nonpayment, the City Manager is hereby directed, at his discretion, to file appropriate legal actions to recover monies owed to the City. The City Manager may, hire appropriate collection agencies or persons, to assist in this effort. The payment for which shall not exceed forty percent (40%) of that total amount collected by the agency or person.
