(a) When an account becomes forty-five days delinquent, a shut-off notice shall be issued.
(b) Turn-on request, may be referred for up to the next working day, to allow the City's Utility Billing Department to make appropriate checks, and to better allow efficient scheduling of City crews. Whenever feasible, turn-ons shall not be delayed over a weekend or City Holiday.
