923.07 OWNERSHIP OF EXTENSIONS.

The City Manager shall have complete supervision and control of the construction and design of extension of cash sewers as provided herein, and when the sewer line is completed to the satisfaction of the Engineer, the sewer line as extended shall become the property of the City.
