911.01 WATER AND SEWER SUPERINTENDENT; WATER MAINTENANCE HELPER.
   (a)   There is hereby created the position of Water and Sewer Superintendent.

   (b)   There is hereby established a position to be known as Water Maintenance Helper, which shall be a full-time position.
