905.02 CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR PERMIT REQUIRED.

Whenever any person wishes to construct, repair or lay any sidewalks within the City, he shall first make application to the City Manager and obtain a sidewalk permit authorizing the construction or repair, in accordance with City specifications for the construction or repair of sidewalks.
