Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day during which such violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In addition to the aforesaid penalty, the City Manager is authorized to revoke the license or licenses held by any person who has been convicted for the violation of this chapter.
