721.09 EXEMPTIONS.
   (a)   The following are exempted from the provisions of this chapter:
      (1)   A person selling a product manufactured by himself.
      (2)   A minor under the age of eighteen years of age or a newspaper delivery person.
      (3)   A person selling food products which he has grown.
      (4)   A person making sales of the following items for daily household consumption: Baked goods; fruits, vegetables, eggs and similar agricultural products; dairy products; except dealers of frozen desserts from vehicles.

   (b)   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to street vendors which are a part of community activities, such as, but not limited to Dicker Days, Fourth of July, Chili Cook-Off, where vendors have been so authorized by the sponsoring organization.
