(a) The permit shall be issued for a specific location, for a period of no more than thirty days. The license fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). For a renewal of the license an additional fifty dollars ($50.00) per thirty days must be paid by each applicant.
(b) If a vendor wishes to conduct business at a different location an additional permit may be issued. Fees for the additional permit shall be the same as listed above. Vendors shall be allowed no more than two concurrent permits at one time.
(c) Non-profit organizations are exempt from paying a license fee but must still apply for a permit. (Ord. 2007-12. Passed 9-4-07.)
