(a) The City Clerk shall then submit the application for background check to the Newton Falls Police Department. If the applicant proposes no clear and present danger to the residents of this Municipality, within five days, applicant shall be issued a permit.

(b) No permit shall be issued in an area that the business is not allowed, per the Newton Falls Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
(c) No vendor shall use more than twenty percent (20%) of the lot that the permit is issued for. (Ord. 2007-12. Passed 9-4-07.)
