721.01 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   "Street vendors" shall be any person or persons or legal entity who stations themselves either temporarily or transient on public or private land for the purpose of sale at retail or wholesale of immediate or future delivery of goods, wares, food, merchandise, agricultural goods or obtains orders for commitments for sale of goods, wares, food, merchandise or service.
   (b)   "Temporary" and "transient" is defined as less than 120.

   (c)   “Charitable” includes the words patriotic, philanthropic, social service, welfare, benevolent, educational, civic, fraternal, veteran’s medical and social research, either actual or purported.
   (d)   “Religious or religion” shall not include the word charitable, but shall be given their commonly accepted definition.
   (e)   “Canvasser” means any person who obtains or seeks to obtain funds for any charitable or religious cause whatsoever by means of canvassing from place to place.
