715.06 COUNCIL APPROVAL FOR INCREASE OF CABS OR RATES.

No taxicab company which is now operating or shall hereafter operate in the City, shall increase the number of taxicabs operated by it, without first securing consent to do so from Council, and upon the showing of a public necessity and convenience therefor after proper application in similar manner and with like procedure as hereinbefore set forth.
