Any solicitor or peddler who shall be convicted of any violation of the provisions of this chapter or of any fraud, cheating, or misrepresentation whether through himself or any employee while acting as a peddler in the City or who shall barter, sell, or peddle any goods or merchandise other than those specified in his application for permit shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned for not more than sixty days, or both. In addition, he shall have the permit revoked at the discretion of the Court.
