§ 32.139 APPEAL TO CITY COUNCIL.
   The City Administrator or the aggrieved NNEGC employee shall have the right to appeal to the City Council from the written decision of the NNEGC. The appeal shall be taken within 14 days from filing of the formal decision of the Commission. The City Council shall either affirm or revoke the decision of the Commission. The City Council’s decision shall be final and binding.
