The NNEGC has jurisdiction to hear and determine matters involving personnel decisions as previously set forth, and may affirm, modify or reverse any case on its merits. The NNEGC shall render its written decision with 14 calendar days of the public hearing. An original copy of the decision shall be delivered to the City Administrator and the person aggrieved. The NNEGC may elect to conduct its deliberation on a case in closed session at its discretion and in compliance with the law.
