§ 32.087 LIBRARY TRUSTEES; QUALIFICATIONS.

(A) The Board of Trustees of the Library, hereinafter referred to as “the Board”, consists of five resident members. All members are to be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Council.

(B) All members of the Board shall be bona fide citizens and residents of the city. Members shall be over the age of 18 years.
