(A) A plat of survey shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Department.
(B) The Planning and Zoning Department shall review the plat to ensure the following required data has been provided:
(1) Application fee as set by City Council resolutions; and
(2) Three copies of the plat a minimum of 8-1/2 inches x 14 inches and a maximum of 24 inches by 36 inches. The plat of survey shall include a subtitle stating the category of the plat from § 156.111 and a notation about the purpose of the land division.
