(A) An application for minor subdivision shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Department at least three weeks prior to the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at which the plat is to be heard.
(B) The following shall be submitted with the application:
(1) Minor subdivision application with application fee;
(2) Fourteen copies at one inch equals 100 feet scale and one 11" x 17" of the plat and one electronic pdf file;
(3) Statement listing all owners of record of the land being platted;
(4) A list providing the property address, owner and their mailing address of all properties within 200 feet of the exterior boundaries of the plat, obtained by the County Recorder’s office; and
(5) Any other supplemental material as specified in this chapter or in the pre-application process.
