§ 156.085 PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   To simplify the approval procedures in those subdivisions for which all required public improvements are in place as specified in §§ 156.007 and 156.150 through 156.160. The purpose of the minor subdivision is to waive the preliminary plat procedure when the conditions in § 156.086 have been met.
