Approval of the final plat shall become null and void 90 days from the date of City Council approval, if the developer does not file the final plat with the County Recorder as provided in § 156.066. It shall be the responsibility of the developer to furnish the Director of Planning and Zoning, or designee, documentation of compliance within the 90-day period. One extension may be granted for a 30-day period, by the City Council upon written request of the developer and submittal of the required fee to the Director of Planning and Zoning, or designee.
