Any owner, developer or appointed agent wishing to subdivide a parcel of land located within the platting jurisdiction of the city shall submit to the Planning and Zoning Department a request for a pre-application conference along with one copy of the sketch plan of the proposal. The purpose of this conference shall be to acquaint the city staff with the proposed subdivision and acquaint the applicant with the objectives, procedures and requirements of this chapter and to address any potential challenges in the proposal. The Planning and Zoning Department will distribute the sketch plan and supplemental data to the participants in § 156.021.
