(A) In order to cover the cost of advertising, holding public hearings, staff review and other expenses incidental to the approval of a subdivision, the subdivider shall pay application fees as per the fee schedule approved by City Council resolution.
(B) All fees except construction plan review and inspection fees shall be paid to the Planning and Zoning Department at the time of plat submittal and credited to the general fund of the city. Fees for construction plan review and inspection shall be paid prior to the Public Works Director’s acceptance of improvements. All fees shall not be refundable.
