This chapter is adopted in accordance with the provisions of Iowa Code Ch. 354, and amendatory acts thereto, governing the subdivision of all lands within the corporate limits of the city and Iowa Code § 354.9, governing subdivision of all lands within two miles of the corporate limits. The city claims its right to review all subdivisions and plats of survey within two miles of its corporate limits, except those subdivisions and plats of survey which fall within the corporate limits of the city of Lambs Grove.
