For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PROPERTY. A single parcel or a group of adjacent parcels under the same ownership.
SITE PLAN. The development plan for one or more lots on which is shown the existing and proposed conditions of the lot including: topography, vegetation, drainage, storm water detention, floodplains, marshes and waterways; open spaces, walkways, means of ingress and egress, utility services, landscaping, structures and signs, lighting and screening devices; any other information that reasonably may be required in order that an informed decision can be made by the approving authority.
SITE PLAN REVIEW. An established sequence of steps by which the city shall analyze and evaluate development proposals in certain zoning districts for conformity with the city’s Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, other city ordinances, storm water detention and any applicable rules and regulations of the state.
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR. The Director of Planning and Zoning, City Planner or other city staff appointed by the City Administrator.
