§ 31.089 REVIEW AND COMMENT.
   The City Attorney shall, upon request, make a written report to the Mayor, Council or City Administrator, giving them a legal opinion on all contracts, documents, resolutions or ordinances submitted to the City Attorney or coming under the City Attorney’s notice.
