§ 31.072 BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.

The City Treasurer shall be the Treasurer of the Library Board, Municipal Hospital Trustees, Board of Water Works Trustees and the Park Board, and pay out all money under control of the respective boards on orders signed by the respective chair and secretary of each board, but shall receive no additional compensation for such services.
