§ 153.22 REQUIRED SEPARATION BETWEEN HOMES, ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND APPURTENANCES.
   (A)   Mobile homes and accessory buildings. Every mobile home shall be separated from other mobile homes and from accessory buildings on adjacent lots by a minimum separate of 25 feet.
   (B)   Attachments. Appurtenances attached to a mobile home shall be provided with a minimum separation of 25 feet from:
      (1)   Any other attached appurtenance on an adjacent lot;
      (2)   Any mobile home on an adjacent lot; and
      (3)   Any accessory building on an adjacent lot.
   (C)   Detached appurtenances. There shall be provided and maintained a minimum distance of ten feet between any detached appurtenances and:
      (1)   Any other detached appurtenances on the same lot;
      (2)   Any mobile home on the same lot;
      (3)   Any detached appurtenance on an adjacent lot; and
      (4)   Any mobile home on an adjacent lot.
   (D)   Adjacent lots. There shall be provided and maintained a minimum distance of 25 feet between any detached appurtenances and any accessory buildings on adjacent lots.
   (E)   Front and side yards. Mobile homes shall be separated from each other on opposing sides of public or private streets a minimum of 45 feet, provided that in no event shall the required front yard be less than set forth in this chapter. No mobile home accessory use or appurtenance shall be permitted in the required mobile home lot front yard or in the required separation between mobile homes on opposing sides of public or private streets as provided in this chapter.
