§ 152.07 EXISTING POOLS; COMPLIANCE.
   The requirements for enclosure and a gate or door shall be applicable to swimming pools heretofore constructed unless waived in writing by the Building Department upon application by the pool owner. The owners of such pools shall have 60 days from and after 8-7-1972 to comply with such requirements.
