§ 152.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ABOVEGROUND SWIMMING POOL. A swimming pool installed on the surface of the ground and without excavation.
   POOL DEPTH. The distance between the floor of the swimming pool and the maximum operating water level.
   SWIMMING POOL. Any constructed or prefabricated receptacle used for swimming or bathing which has a minimum depth of 18 inches or more and is located in a residential zoning district.
